This policy describes how Kader Cadre AB, hereinafter "we" or "us", as data controller processes your information when you use agentakademin.se (the "Service"). The policy applies in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and supplementary Swedish data protection legislation.

2. What information do we process?
2.1 Newsletter (requires your sign-up)
When you sign up for the newsletter on the site, we send your email address to our email provider Brevo. You receive a confirmation email where you must click a link to complete the sign-up (double opt-in). Only after that is the email address added to the list. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of every email.
2.2 Server and access logs
The site is hosted on Scaleway (Iliad SAS, France). Scaleway logs technical information (IP address, timestamp, page URL, browser) in order to deliver the service and protect against abuse. We do not have access to raw logs containing IP addresses and do not use them to identify individual visitors. The logs are used only in the event of a security incident.
2.3 Local storage in your browser
The site may store small amounts of technical settings locally in your browser (for example, whether you have disabled animations). That data is not sent to our servers and does not constitute personal data.
2.4 Information we do NOT collect
- Name, phone number or address
- Precise location data (GPS position)
- Payment information (no payments are taken via the site at this time)
- Data from third-party logins (Agentakademin has no login)
- Tracking via Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel or similar third-party tools

We never sell your data, neither in raw nor aggregated form.
4. Cookies and local storage
Agentakademin uses no third-party cookies and no tracking cookies. The site uses only the browser's local storage for technical settings. There are no marketing pixels (Meta, Google, TikTok) on the site.

Data processing agreements (DPAs) are in place with all processors. All processors are EU-based and process personal data within the EU/EEA — no transfers to third countries occur.

7. Your rights

- Objection — the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21)
- Withdraw consent — you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the email. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal (Art. 7(3))

8. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
If you believe we are processing your personal data in breach of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

9. Automated decision-making
Agentakademin makes no automated decisions and carries out no profiling that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects you (Art. 22 GDPR).
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as needed. For material changes we will give notice on agentakademin.se. The most recent version always applies and is available at agentakademin.se/integritetspolicy.
